Our 26 acres of versatile grounds are ideally suited for outdoor activities and if needed, our Helicopter landing pad, well stocked fishing lake, gazebo, trim trail and two all-weather tennis courts can contribute to any planned activities. We are also home to an extensive leisure club with a 16 metre pool and Matrix gym equipment suitable for any professional development event.

When it comes to food, internationally inspired dishes from our conference menu always go down a treat, or maybe a delicious working buffet lunch, or even a freshly cooked BBQ in our beautifully landscaped garden may be better suited for your action packed day.

We are perfectly located on the edge of Maidstone and offer free parking for up to 500 cars. If your team need to arrive by public transport, we are a just over 1 mile from Hollingbourne station.
